A 'Madlib' is a cross between 'mad' and 'adlib'. It is a kind of word puzzle where you fill in blanks with a verb or a place name or whatever is requested, then you are allowed to see the whole sentence.
Because you can't see the sentence when you choose the words, what you end up with is usually very funny. Judge for yourself!!
