In the Cascade,
you throw each ball underneath the one before.
Start as you would
in the Cascade, with two balls in your strong hand and one in your weak hand.
Now throw Ball 1 up in an arch shape, but slightly lower than in the Cascade.
When Ball 1 starts to drop, throw Ball 2 over the top of it. Similarly, when
Ball 2 starts to drop, throw Ball 3 over the top of it.
Now just keep going!

Before you can learn the Yo-Yo,
you must learn to juggle two balls in one hand. This is acheived by throwing
one ball up, and as it reaches it's peak, move your hand over and throw the
second ball up beside the first.
Once you can do this easily, you
can add the 'dummy ball'. This ball is never actually thrown, but is just
held in the other hand and moved up and down, parallel to either of the other
two balls. This trick is fairly simple, and looks VERY impressive!
