Columns

As with the Yo-Yo, you will need to be able to juggle two balls in one hand. For Columns start with two balls in your strong hand and one in your weak hand.

Throw one ball from each hand straight up in the air simultaneously. When the two balls peak, throw the third ball up the middle between them.

Catch the first two balls and throw them again, then catch the centre ball and throw this again.

The Shower

This move is how many people think that conventional 3-ball juggling is done. But it is in fact a lot harder than the usual Cascade pattern.

Start with two balls in your strong hand and one in your weak hand. Throw Ball 1 (from your strog hand) in a high arch shape, then throw ball 2 (also from your strong hand) so that it follows Ball 1. Just before Ball 1 lands, pass Ball 3 into your strong hand and throw it up, following Ball 2.

The balls should move round in a continuous circle. Well done if you can do this one!
